Click on the link provided to you in the "Your Elemeno Account is ready" email or open the Safari browser on your iPhone and navigate to your institution's site (the URL will be something like https://institutionname.elemenoheath.com)
Tap the Share icon (you can do this before or after logging in)
4. Tap Add to Home Screen button
5. Tap on the Add button
Elemeno Health is now available on your home screen.
