Revision Request from Content Page
You can now request revisions of content directly from the content page - no need to go to Site Manager's Tools > Production Requests > + New Request. When your request is submitted, our team will be notified that this is a revision.

Improved support for pasting images from MS Word into the Newsletter or QuickPost editing pane
When copy/pasting from MS Word, images are encoded into the text (as opposed to uploading them separately which caused some Newsletters and Announcement QuickPosts to exceed content limits. We've added behind-the-scenes functionality to identify these images and store them as separate images, reducing the content size and also improving the viewing experience.
What does this mean? If you create your newsletters in the Elemeno text editor, you can now copy and paste images rather than uploading each individual image.

Approve with Changes, Conditional Approval
When submitting a request for revisions to a piece of content, you can now let us know that this is conditionally approved. Once the revisions are made, our team will publish the content without your having to review it again.
Email Notifications for Site Managers
Automated emails will be sent daily (8:30am PST) to any Site Manager tagged as an Approver on content that has been Submitted for Client Review in the last 24 hours. When you receive one of these emails, click through to your dashboard to see what you have ready for review!

Production Requests Dashboard
This dashboard is mission control for all of your production requests. From this page, you can:
Request new content or updates to existing content through the Production Request form.
Track the status of all production requests in progress with us
Review draft resources
Approve unpublished resources
Updated Production Request Form
Launch of an updated, simplified Production Request Form to streamline request entry.
Added a new "Associate a request with existing Collection" question to help you tell us which collections this content may be associated to.
Request timelines are reduced to "within 7-10 days", "within a month", or "On a specific date." These dates help us with scheduling. If something is not due urgently, please let us know.
Removed video-specific questions as this information is no longer needed.

Assignment Notifications
This feature allows a Site Manager to send an email notification to the assignee for an assignment when it is first created. The assignment email is an automated email from support@elemenohealth.com. Subject line reads: New Assignment for you on Elemeno.
Custom Maintenance Intervals
By deafult, all Elemeno content is set to be reviewed by the client every 2 years. With this improvement, we can now set that interval to 6 month, 1 year, 1.5 years, or 2 years if you prefer. If you have a piece of content where you would like to specify a specific review interval, please inform your account management team.

Usability Improvement - "PDF" is now the default setting for newsletter and announcement publishing as these are the most prevalent format for these team communications.

Usability improvement - You can now set any published date for Self-published Newsletters. (previously you could only set today or future dates).
This is useful for users who upload PDF newsletters after the date that they are originally distributed to their team.
This is also useful for new clients wishing to create an archive of older newsletters.

User Management Improvements
With this improvement, you, as a Site Manager, now have complete control over your team user management list. All user profile entries will now include “Team” and " Team View” data.
Team. This is the team to which the user is assigned. Site Managers can change this team affiliation as needed in the user’s record. For example, if someone transfers into your unit from another unit in your hospital, you can now manually move them to your team using the User Management tool in the Site Manager’s Tools.
Team View. The Team View is the team whose content this user is currently set to view. Users on your instance of the app can switch the team they can view. This means that they can see another team's Home Page and library. This will not affect how information about that user is displayed in Reporting charts and dashboards.

Announcements, v2
The Announcements feature has seen tremendous adoption since we first introduced it just over a year ago. With this release, we've upgraded the authoring experience to make it flow more naturally so that you can get time-sensitive information to your team with minimal effort.
Content Request from an Announcement
You've always been able to request that we add your Announcement content to your library, but we'll admit, the experience wasn't 100% intuitive. With this release, we've given the experience a complete overhaul, including the addition of a form where you can tell us everything about what you want done with your content.

This dashboard displays data pertaining to form submissions by users on your site. See who has submitted which forms, and export submission data for your records.

Site Manager's Tools > Reporting > User Activity
This tabbed set of charts displays usage information through the filter of a single user's activities. This includes data for Assignments, Resource Views, Forms, Audits and Shoutouts. Exports of submitted data for Forms and Audits for specific users are available via this UI.

Site Manager's Tools: Consolidated Interface
Consolidated all of the features and functionality available to Site Managers into a single workspace, making it easier for Site Managers to administer Announcements, Assignments, and Suggested Resources all in one location. This interface also provides access to Reporting as well as User Management tools.

Announcement Improvement - Added "All Teams" Selector
You can now publish an announcement to all of the teams on your instance of Elemeno without having to add each team individually.

Announcements
First introduced as a pilot feature in February, Announcements is now available to all clients. We've added the ability to designate one Announcement as an "Alert" which displays with special formatting.
Suggested Resources
Site Managers can now curate a list of highlighted resources to appear in the Suggested Resources panel.
